In the KH universe it is more like a soul but in it's essence you can still feel without it but that does not make you human. Remember when Sora lost his heart because it was Kari's. Well that would insinuate that she had not had a full/no heart so why could she feel?

Still, it shows that the heart didn't create the emotion, the being human did.

Well that would insinuate that she had not had a full/no heart so why could she feel? That happened in KH1 before the concept of Nobodies was even thought of, so I don't really count it.

Yeah it's nonsensical for the time being. But I bet it'll make sense as more games get released and the storyline advances. That's what usually happens in KH

Agreed, I hope that the next few games don't make it stagnate.
