[Nene]

"Should we come along as back-up?" asked Kiriha

It was six hours since Yuu sent a battle invitation to Taiki and Nene.

Taiki shook his head.

"No. Just me and Nene were invited. Just me and Nene will go. Besides, you're too feisty. You might accidentally kill Yuu and Apollomon. And I want both of them to be our allies." said Taiki firmly.

Then Kiriha grabbed Taiki by the shirt and lifted him up in the air.

"Listen to yourself!" growled Kiriha "You can't even fight properly. You can't even make your partner evolve."

"Neither could Nene."

"Well, you must take me along."

"My decision is final."

"Fine. Go die!" Kiriha turned away.

Taiki and Nene slowly left. Nene turned towards Kiriha and smirked

"You actually care about us." she stated

Kiriha was left there speechless.



"So, how do you want to end this."

"Reload, Wisemon." was Taiki's reply.

Wisemon and Yuu stared at each other for a moment, before Wisemon slapped Yuu across the head.

Yuu fell to the ground. Taiki picked him up and checked his pulse. It was steady, to Taiki's relief.

"Thanks, Wisemon." Taiki said "Go back to Nene and give her her brother. Time for sibling reunion. I'll deal with Apollomon." Taiki told Wisemon, who obediently teleported with Yuu.

"Now, time for you to be your pure self. " said Taiki, turning to Apollomon "Your dream was to defeat Bagramon, wasn't it?
Well, fulfill it." Taiki pleaded "Break out of your Wuss Mode. I know you can."

And then Apollomon clutched his head, obviously trying to get rid of evil programme. Finally, the programme left his body, which became orange/red once more. Apollomon bended and helped Taiki up.

"Can I join Xros Heart United Army?" asked Apollomon

"Sure." Taiki replied, grinning.

When they returned to White Castle, they found Nene and Yuu playing ball. Both siblings were grinning.

"Guess Yuu's back to us."

"That hit Wisemon gave him shook him up a bit, which led to his darkness leaving him." explained Nene, smiling.

Taiki grinned. With two new teammates, he was sure they will be able to win.

Next chapter: Face off against Bagramon! Yuu and Apollomon as partners!

It was a bit compact is my only problem at the moment, it felt rushed, like a lot of it should have been lengthier but it wasn't but overall it flowed well and was enticing.
